Free James From MapInfo

Someone’s been drinking the location intelligence kool aid! Ha just reread his post, which has been updated to reflect the fact that MapInfo can run on 64-bit platforms, but isn’t really a 64-bit application. It feels like I’m reading the All Points blog. Oh how the mighty have fallen.

Sorry for fixing something that was incorrectly told to me. Are you really that insecure?

MapInfo has been able to run on 64-bit platforms for years, this allows it to address up to 4GB of memory. I’m not going to debate the fact that this isn’t a 64-bit app because it clearly isn’t.

…that it will now be available to run under a 64-bit operating system and take advantage of 4GB of memory.

You may want to edit that post again then. No offence James, but LI as a buzz word(s) has always grated on me and seeing you throw it out there surprised me. If the software generates income for Weogeo, good for you.
